Stanley Wong

Chef Stanley is of German-Chinese heritage whose contemporary Southeast Asian and Continental cuisine reflects his multicultural upbringing in Germany. Over a 25+ year career he has held key roles at award-winning properties across Europe, South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong and Macau, including Hong Kong’s Mandarin Oriental, and the Waldhotel Friedrichsruhe, which earned a second Michelin star during his tenure. He helmed Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Spice Market in New York City, when it held three New York Times stars. Chef Stanley opened three high-end restaurants at The Venetian Macao, and in Sydney he has launched several ventures including Eastside Grill, Holy Duck!, and The Private Kitchen, showcasing seasonal, sustainably sourced menus.

In Hong Kong he owns Culinart, a high-end catering company.

His work has been featured on major TV networks and in leading publications, including the Martha Stewart Show, CBS’s “Chef on a Shoestring,” The Discovery Channel, Gourmet Magazine, Travel & Leisure, Bon Appétit and Art Culinaire.

Luke Lupton

Having worked across multiple food & beverage roles over the last 20 years, Luke brings a broad expertise to Kitchen Solutions.

After working in the wine trade for over 12 years, achieving the WSET Diploma, he changed career to become a chef, working his way up to Sous Chef in professional kitchens around the UK. A move into private catering followed and as a result came the opportunity to move to Hong Kong. Most recently he has worked as the Events Coordinator with Stanley at Culinart Catering, managing all the events and developing the business strategy and growth.

As a strong communicator and relationship builder, Luke will be supporting our clients on a day-to-day basis, providing valuable insight and ideas.
